Alma Gordon BAMberg, affectionately known as Lady BAM, is a powerhouse of purpose, passion, and prayer—a visionary midwife who delivers destinies and births movements. As the Founder and CEO of Alma BAMberg MINistries, Inc. (BAMMIN’) and owner of Everything BAMMIN’, LLC, she leads with both grace and authority, empowering women to walk boldly in their divine callings.
Known as a spiritual flamethrower, Lady BAM ignites transformation—fanning flames of faith, purpose, and possibility in every life she touches. She is the visionary behind Sisternation, a global movement committed to strengthening the total woman—spirit, soul, and body.

A seasoned minister of the Gospel, Lady BAM has spent more than 35 years teaching, leading, and empowering women through her signature initiatives, including the “It’s Your Turn NOW!” Bible Course & Fellowship, the Playbook for Purpose mentoring series, Power Surge Prayer Sauna, BAMMIN’ Workout Room, and national empowerment events.
She is the visionary behind SisterNation, a global call to raise up spiritually mature women—seasoned to handle strong meat, not spiritual milk.
Lady BAM speaks truth with the clarity of a preacher, the care of a therapist, and the creativity of a multi-book author. With every word and every event, she ignites and fans flames of hope and possibility. Her legacy is not only in what she does, but in who she raises up—women equipped to walk boldly in their callings.
A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Southern University with a B.S. in Computer Science, Lady BAM began her career at IBM before answering the call to full-time ministry. She co-founded Spirit & Truth World Outreach Church in League City, Texas, where she served as Executive Pastor for 23 years alongside her husband, Pastor Edwin BAMberg. Her influence spans roles as an Evangelist, Pastor, conference speaker, author, and mentor to thousands.
She is also the founder of Sisters of Destiny and Sisters ABLAZE Women’s Ministries, having faithfully ministered to women across generations for over three decades. Her writing portfolio includes Failure is NOT an Option!, It’s Your Turn NOW!, the forthcoming Your Prescription for Divine Healing, and BAMBytes: Encouragement from Women to Women.
Now walking confidently in her legacy years, Lady BAM is no longer seeking approval—only alignment with her divine assignment.
